What practice statistics show in Praxis

Practice statistics in Praxis are a page that counts held, planned and cancelled sessions, monthly income in hryvnias, dollars or euros, the average fee and how much you missed out on because of cancellations. Nothing to enter separately: it all comes from your session bookings.

Workload is measured against your working hours, with a 4-week forecast that warns you about overload before you feel it. And «Needs attention» shows clients who have not come for a while or cancel often.

Money is shown in the currency you priced it in — each currency separately, with no conversion. Praxis does not take payments: “earned” is the price of sessions held.

What is counted for you

Sessions over time

Average fee and losses

The average fee and how much was lost to cancellations — so money does not quietly slip away.

Data by client

A table: sessions, earned, share of total income, first and last session, how long you have worked together.

Workload and forecast

Workload against your working hours and a 4-week forecast warn you about overload in advance.

Needs attention

Clients who have not come for a while or cancel often, and sessions without a price — in one list.

In Praxis, not separately: income is counted from the price of sessions held. You set the price of a session type, and the statistics show how much was earned and how much is expected from planned sessions.

No. Praxis neither takes nor records client payments: “earned” is the price of sessions held.

Everything booked is divided by your working hours, taking time off into account: under 40% is low, 40–85% optimal, over 85% high. The forecast shows the same for the next 4 weeks.
