A CRM for psychologists in Praxis is an online workspace where a psychologist or psychotherapist works with clients and couples, fills in the client card, writes session notes in SOAP, DAP and other formats, takes online bookings, sends assessments and homework, and sees practice statistics. It runs in the browser — nothing to install.
Unlike generic CRMs for salons and clinics, there are no “deals” or “sales pipelines”. Every client has a page of their own: the card, the therapy journal, supervision, free notes and assignments. And the client gets a free cabinet of their own, where they book sessions, complete assignments and keep a self-observation diary.
Praxis was built together with Natalia Pavlova, a psychologist and family psychotherapist in practice since 2013. Every section goes through her own practice first and only then makes it onto the platform.

Yes. A couple is one client made of two people: shared sessions, bookings and statistics, one «Relationship map» with shared goals. Assignments, the diary and the cabinet are each partner’s own.

Nothing is lost: clients, sessions and assessment answers are kept. The workspace closes until you subscribe, and after payment everything opens right where you left off.

Only you. Clients do not see your notes, protocols, cards, documents or audio, and the Praxis team does not look at them. Your client records are never used to train AI, and Praxis servers are in Finland, in the EU.
The interface is in Ukrainian, Russian and English. Assessments, homework and self-care techniques are also available in all three, so you can work with clients from different countries.
