Privacy policy
Version of 01.10.2026
This Policy explains what personal data the Praxis service processes, why, to whom it is passed and how long it is kept. The Provider is Фізична особа-підприємець Олексюк Артем Олександрович (details on the Contact information page).
1. Who is responsible for what
The specialist’s (User’s) data — account, portfolio, payments — is processed by the Provider as the controller.
Client data entered by the specialist — the client record, session notes, clinical information, documents, assessment answers — belongs to the specialist: they are its controller and responsible for their clients’ consent. The Provider processes this data only as a processor — so that the Service works for the specialist — and does not use it for any other purpose.
2. What data we process
- Account: name, email, password (only as an irreversible hash). When signing in with Google — name, email and a link to the avatar.
- The specialist’s portfolio: photo, education, experience, documents and reviews — what the specialist chose to publish.
- Client data entered by the specialist: name, age, contacts, request and therapy goals, clinical information (including health data), session notes, documents.
- The client’s own data: the email and password of their cabinet, the name and phone given when booking, answers to assessments and homework, self-observation diary entries (the specialist sees only those the client shared).
- Session audio recordings, if the specialist uploads them, and their transcripts.
- Service logs: technical error records needed to fix the Service. Passwords never get into them.
We do not collect or see your card number or details. Payment is fully processed by WayForPay. From it we receive only service data about the payment: amount, status, date and the masked card digits.
3. Why we use it
- to provide the Service: managing clients, sessions, bookings, assessments and statistics;
- so clients can book, reschedule or cancel a session;
- to process payment and manage the subscription;
- to send the Service’s emails (a welcome after sign-up and service messages);
- to answer support requests.
The legal basis is performance of the agreement (Offer), and for client data — the instruction of the specialist who controls it.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising. For the Service to work we pass only what is necessary to these partners:
- WayForPay — the data needed to make a payment.
- Resend (USA) — name and email, to send the Service’s emails. You can unsubscribe from reminders via the link in the email.
- Groq (USA) — a session audio recording and its text, only when the specialist starts a transcription. The recording is used for transcription only.
- Google (USA) — sign-in with a Google account (optional) and creating Google Meet links for sessions; Google receives no client data for the link.
- Dictation uses your browser’s speech recognition: the sound is processed by the browser vendor (e.g. Google in Chrome), and we receive only the resulting text.
Some of these partners are outside Ukraine, which means a cross-border transfer of data to the USA. Without it the related features are technically impossible.
5. How long we keep it
- Account, client, session and assessment data — while the specialist’s account exists, including while access is suspended.
- Payment data — as long as the law requires.
- Error logs — until the problem is solved.
You can ask us to delete data earlier at any time — see section 6.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what exactly of your data we keep;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete the account together with all data;
- object to processing.
If you are a specialist’s client, for data entered by the specialist please contact them first — they are its controller. We will help if needed.
To exercise any of these rights, write to support@praxis.com.ua — we reply within 3 business days.
7. Security
The site works over a secure connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as an irreversible hash. Client data is available only to their specialist, and files and audio recordings are kept in closed storage and open only after an access check.
8. Cookies
We use only necessary cookies: for sign-in, keeping the session, the language and interface settings. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. A new version takes effect from its publication on this page — the date is shown at the top.
