Homework for therapy clients: therapy keeps going between sessions
Send a client a homework task or a self-care technique in one click. They complete it in their cabinet and keep a self-observation diary — and you come to the next session already knowing how their week went.

What homework and the diary are in Praxis
Homework for clients in Praxis is a library of 33 ready exercises in 9 areas that a psychologist sends to a client in one click, and the client completes in their own cabinet. The areas are state and reactions, thoughts, emotions, relationships, boundaries, needs, resources, behaviour and reflection.
There are also 26 self-care techniques in 6 areas — stabilisation, anxiety, emotions, stress and overload, self-support, thoughts and rumination. They are texts to read: the client opens them when needed, and you see whether they have been read.
The client keeps the self-observation diary themselves, writing down events, thoughts, feelings, behaviour and the result. The client can share diary entries with you — and then you see them in your cabinet.
What the psychologist and the client get
33 tasks in 9 areas
From the emotion wheel and the needs map to the “vicious circle” and boundary exercises.
26 self-care techniques
Step-by-step techniques with a separate tip for the therapist on when and how to offer them.
Self-observation diary
Events, thoughts, feelings, behaviour and the result. No field is required — the client writes what they noticed.
The client shares by choice
The client decides which diary entry to share with you and can take it back.
Completion status
The status of every task is always visible in your cabinet, and a task’s entries sit in one table with a summary.
Notifications and “seen by you”
A notification tells you a task is done, and a mark shows you have already read it.
How to send homework
-
1
Choose a task
Open the library, look through the task’s sections and press «Send to a client».
-
2
The client completes it
The task appears in the client cabinet. Entries can be added every time something happens.
-
3
Discuss it in session
Read the entries and flag the ones worth discussing. The client does not see these flags.
Frequently asked questions
The client opens the diary in their cabinet and writes down what happened, what they thought, what they felt, what they did and what came of it. Filling in every field is optional.
Only the entries the client chose to share. The rest of the diary is private — the therapist has no access to it.
Homework is something the client fills in and sends to you. A self-care technique is a text to read and practise: nothing to fill in, you only see whether the client opened it.
In reflection tasks, yes: for each entry the client chooses “Only me” or “Share with my therapist”. Private entries never reach you.
Ukrainian, Russian and English — like the assessments.
No, the client cabinet is always free. Clients register through your invitation.
